2009 Water, Sewer, and Landfill Rates

Water: $71.44 every 2 months for 0-15,488 gallons
             $4.91 each additional 1,000 gallons

Sewer: $72.94 every 2 months for 0-15,488 gallons
             $5.29 each additional 1,000 gallons

Landfill: $43.30 every 2 months

Utility Policies
  1. Utility billing will occur every 2 months.
  2. Charges on your utility bill will be for water, sewer, and landfill from the previous 2 months
  3. You have 2 months to pay your bill before late charges will be applied
  4. If you are worried about your water useage in between bills, you can contact Town Hall and request help in reading your meter
  5. Seasonal businesses may be elgible for a seasonal discount on their landfill service. Contact Town Hall for more information.
  6. During the winter, the Town accepts application from residents that must bleed their water in order to prevent frozen pipes. Properties on this approved list are exempt from metered water and sewer rates during the winter months.   To see if you qualify for this list, contact Town Hall by October of each year.
