2010 Water, Sewer, and Landfill Rates

Water: $73.24 every 2 months for 0-15,488 gallons
             $4.91 each additional 1,000 gallons

Sewer: $79.14 every 2 months for 0-15,488 gallons
             $5.29 each additional 1,000 gallons

Landfill: $28.26 every 2 months

Utility Policies
  1. Utility billing will occur every 2 months.
  2. Charges on your utility bill will be for water, sewer, and landfill from the previous 2 months
  3. You have 2 months to pay your bill before late charges will be applied
  4. If you are curious about your water usage in between bills, please contact Town Hall to request help in reading your meter
  5. During the winter, the Town accepts application from residents that must run their water in order to prevent frozen pipes. Properties on this approved list are exempt from metered water and sewer rates during the winter months.   Please contact Town Hall by October of each year to be placed on the running-water list.
