Business License Application
Pursuant to CRS 24-76.5-103, new applicants are also required to submit the following form to the Town, along with a copy of either a Colorado Drivers License or Colorado State ID, Native American Tribal Documents, US Military ID, or US Coast Guard ID.

Sign Permit Application
These are the most commonly used forms, referred to in the Business License Instructions:
Colorado Business Registration Form
This is required for all Colorado businesses, and to establish a sales tax account.
Colorado Sales Tax Return
Tax rates are: State 2.9%, County 4%, Town 1% TOTAL 7.9%
County Lodging Tax Return
Lodging tax is 2% of gross lodging revenue. Please remit quarterly to the State of Colorado.
Town Lodging Fee Form
Lodging Fee is $2 per room per night, or $1 per campsite per night. Please remit monthly to the Town of Silverton.
